Xinongxing Casting and Forging Factory,established in 1985, is located at the Gangbei industrial zone,Chencun, Shunde, where id near to Guangzhou, Foshan and Nanhai. Both the telecommunication and traffic are very convenient. There are about 10,000 square meters landing area and 5,000 square meters building area available and 200 employees (over 50 of them are many kinds of senior management staff). There are casting sub-factory and forging sub-factory and one chemical lab in our factory. In the casting sub-factory, ve have a digital controlled 10T/Hour colophony grit production line, a 5T/Hour furnace and a 3T/Hour furnace, a digital temperature control and anneal furnace,210T and 25T industrial vehicles and a set of equipment for resin sand treatment and shot blasting cleaning.The annual casting production capacity is 8,000 tons.In the forging sub-factory,we have so full equipment that the annual forging production capacity reach 3000 tons.We also equip the chemical lab well.These make the quality of our products,from the original materials to the quality of our products, from the original materials to the completed product,totally under control.
